School has begun. I'm kind of excited. I have two in High School and one just starting Kindergarten this year. Actually, Winston doesn't start school until the 3rd, so we have a little bit of 'summer vacation' left. Preston and Keaton started school yesterday. Keaton is enrolled in Jazz Band this year. Practice is at 7:00 in the morning, so he hitches a ride with the neighbors to be there for that. He's not used to getting up at 6:00 in the morning after a whole summer of sleeping in until noon. He took a nice long nap after school yesterday. I expect that will be the way of things for about a week or two. Preston had a pretty good day. I think he is happy to have his brother in the same school building with him again. He's my morning child, so getting up early for him is no problem. He's ready to go well before the bus comes. Winston will get to ride the bus for the first time this year. He's looking forward to that. I will be working again this year in the Preschool, so I will be around there if the boys need me. It's nice to have a job where I can be close to my kids. Here's hoping for a great school year!
