Fourth of July - watching small-town fireworks with family!
Brien and Kari drove up to spend it with us - and to see their kids.
Brien with Ani and Jack, enjoying some yummy ice cream.
Katlyne and Preston, waiting for the fireworks.
Katlyne was freezing to death.
She's from Arizona, so Washington is a bit cool for her tastes.
Ani was so glad to have her Mom back.
Who are those old people?
Katlyne, joking around with a glow stick.
Peace Out!
Winston, Jack and Ani... with SPARKLERS!
Preston got the honor as big brother to light the sparklers.
Keaton was around, but ran off with his friends
- so no pictures for Keaton.
(Technically this picture and the next one were taken the day before.
I decided to add them into the 4th of July festivities.)
It's Katlyne and Preston trying to write their names with sparklers on a slow shudder speed.
I added this one to demonstrate that
'Yes, World Peace Is Possible!'
A rare Katlyne and Uncle Tom moment.
Okay, back to the fireworks.
Winston was all ready for the show.
Unfortunately he was sitting next to Uncle Brien,
who continuously kept playing the old uncle gag 'Pull My Finger'.
And Winston kept doing it!
For some reason, they both thought it was funny.
Oooh!
Ahhh!
After the show we drove home by the light of a Big Full Moon!
That's all folks!
