Last weekend, we got to spend some time with our little Chickies! They are so much fun, and we enjoy every moment we have with them.
I tried to come up with some creative (and messy) things to keep them busy. Winston's favorite is the shaving cream and cars.
The girls seemed to enjoy driving the cars and drawing pictures in it.
It was a great time until some little chickie decided to put the shaving cream on her face. Then it was time to move on to something else.
Cleaning up was almost as much fun as the playing.
Those cars got a good washing!
The colorbooks got some use, with crayons and watercolors.
The older girls and Winston had a lot of fun playing the Pinata game.
I made some 'clean sand' for the kids using rice, lentils and beans.
All of the kids got involved in that, and played in it for a long time.
It took three sweepings to get the floor clean when they were done.
It was worth it with all the fun they were having.
To top it all off...
...we made cookies! YUM!
It was a short visit, but we made the most of it.
Can't wait to see them again, hopefully soon!
